  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 2 Tbsp BeKeto™ MCT Oil
  • Pinch Of Red Himalayan Salt

Preparation:

  1. Season Steak With Salt On Both Sides. Melt Butter In A Medium Sized Pan And Sear The Steak On Both Sides, 4-5 Minutes Each.
  2. Remove To A Plate And Let It Rest.
  3. Chop Broccoli Into Small Florets. Place In The Same Pan Together With Sesame Seeds And Coconut Aminos. Cover And Steam For About 5 Minutes.
  4. Remove To A Plate, Add BeKeto™ MCT Oil And Combine.
