Keto Burger with Portobello

Necessary ingredients:

  • 2 large portobello mushroom caps
  • 200g ground beef
  • 2 slices of smoked bacon
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 25g cheddar cheese
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • ½ red onion
  • 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon of fried onions
  • A few sprigs of thyme
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Exogenous Ketones Fresh Lime BeKeto
  • Oil

Preparation:

  • Slice the onion into rings and pour vinegar over it. Marinate for at least an hour.
  • Sprinkle the mushroom caps with salt and place them in an oven preheated to 185 degrees Celsius. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the sauce. Blend mayonnaise, chili pepper, lime juice, and fried onions. Add salt and Exogenous Ketones Fresh Lime BeKeto.
  • Mix the ground beef with chopped thyme and form burgers. Fry them in a dry pan for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Finally, sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Place cheese on top of the burgers and put them in the oven until the cheese melts.
  • Now, it’s time to assemble the dish. Spread half of the sauce on one mushroom cap, arrange lettuce leaves, bacon, and the meat. Then add pickled cucumber strips and onion. Pour sauce over it and place the top mushroom cap. It’s a good idea to use a long toothpick to keep it all together vertically.
