  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 200 ml of olive oil
  • 45 ml of BeKeto MCT C8 + C10 oil
  • 60 ml of BeKeto MCT C8 oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

  • Scald the eggs with boiling water.
  • Place the egg yolks, mustard, and lemon juice in a tall vessel. Blend them.
  • Now, very slowly add the olive oil in minimal portions, blending all the time.
  • Add the BeKeto oils, continuing to mix everything.
  • Salt to taste.
