Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 100g bacon
- 40g cheddar cheese
- 50g red bell pepper
- 20g onion
- 1 tbsp BeKeto™ MCT Oil
- 1-2 Tbsp chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
- In A Bowl, Whisk Eggs With Salt And Pepper.
- Take Out A Medium-Sized Pan And Fry Diced Bacon.
- Dice Onion, Red Bell Pepper, And Add To The Pan With Bacon. Saute For A Few Minutes Until Soft. Remove To A Plate.
