Keto Beef Goulash – Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500g of beef
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 parsnip root
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of BeKeto Creatine Monohydrate
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • 1 burrata

Preparation:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add quartered onion, garlic, bell pepper pieces, and beef chunks. Sauté until the meat is lightly browned.
  2. Add smoked paprika and stir to release its aroma.
  3. Pour water over the ingredients, enough to cover them.
  4. Add celery stalks cut into half-moons, parsnip, and bay leaves.
  5. Cook covered over low heat for about 2.5 hours, until the meat is tender and juicy.
