Keto Minced Meat with Bacon – Recipe


  • 500g minced pork shoulder meat
  • ¼ small cauliflower
  • 6 slices smoked bacon
  • ½ cup marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 2 onions
  • 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • A few sprigs of thyme
  • 1 handful coriander leaves
  • salt
  • pepper
  • goose fat for frying
  • 2 tbsp MCT Oil C8 + C10


Finely dice the onions and fry them until golden. Grate the cauliflower on a small grater, combine it with the minced meat. Add the Parmesan cheese, egg, fried onions, chopped garlic and artichokes. Chop the herbs finely and add to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Shape into oblong cutlets and wrap with bacon slices. Fry in well heated goose fat until nicely browned. Brush the finished cutlets with BeKeto MCT c8 + C10 oil.
