Keto Dumplings with Duck and courgette
Ingredients:
- 2 duck quarters
- ½ courgette
- 1 handful sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp cumin
- 200g almond flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp guar gum
- A few sprigs of thyme
- 1 tbsp Fat Expert BeKeto
Preparation:
Salt the duck and place in a baking sleeve. Bake at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours. Cool. Remove skin and shred meat into small pieces, add diced courgette and sunflower seeds. Add chopped thyme, Fat Expert BeKeto. The stuffing is ready. Now it’s time for the dumpling dough. Mix flour with guar gum, add eggs. Knead the dough, roll it out and cut out circles. Stuff them with stuffing, seal and cook in salted water.
