Keto bread rolls are bread rolls baked without wheat flour: almond flour, egg white and a fibre blend of psyllium, bamboo and apple replace it, which brings a 25 g roll to 0.43 g of carbohydrate, 108 kcal and 4.1 g of protein. The mini rolls are high in fibre, at 10 g per 100 g. This page carries mini rolls in packs of four and eight plus 75 g bagels, from 52p a roll.

A roll earns the word keto on its carbohydrate line, not on the front of the pack. A 25 g mini roll here declares 0.43 g of carbohydrate, against a ketogenic day of 20 g to 50 g.
A roll baked for a low carb diet sits higher up the same line: taking starch out is not the same as fitting a ketogenic day. Neither wording is defined in GB law, so the figure per 100 g is the only comparison there is.
A British label reports carbohydrate with the fibre already taken out, so nothing needs subtracting before you count it. The mini rolls state 1.7 g per 100 g and the bagels 1.6 g.
A 25 g mini roll declares 0.43 g of carbohydrate and a 75 g bagel 1.2 g. Both figures are printed per piece, which is the unit you eat, rather than per 100 g.
0.43 g is the floor on this page rather than zero, because a carb free roll does not exist. Anything sold as zero carb is a small serving rounded down to nothing.
Set the figure against the day rather than against another roll: two mini rolls come to 0.86 g and a whole four pack to 1.72 g, well inside a 20 g day.
Water, almond flour, rapeseed oil and a fibre blend of psyllium, bamboo and apple make a mini roll. Egg white gives it structure, with salt, raising agents, sesame at 1 per cent and a preservative.
The bagels run on a shorter list, with no rapeseed oil and no sesame, and both recipes carry a preservative: calcium propionate in the bagels, potassium sorbate in the mini rolls.
Read that list as an allergen line as well. Almonds sit in both recipes, egg white in both and sesame at 1 per cent in the mini rolls, so neither recipe is vegan.
Both recipes are a source of protein, at 16 g per 100 g in the mini rolls and 15 g in the bagels. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass.
Mini rolls cost 52p a roll in the eight pack and 67p in the four pack. Both packs hold the same 25 g roll, so the larger one works out 22 per cent cheaper per roll.
The bagel pack answers a different question: 150 g holds two 75 g bagels at £2.30 each, which is three mini rolls' worth of bread in one piece, to split and fill.
Per 100 g the order runs £2.10 for the eight pack, £2.69 for the four pack and £3.06 for the bagels. Pick on what the bread has to hold first and on the price per piece second.
A 25 g mini roll works as a slider bun, a side with soup or a breakfast roll. The 75 g bagel splits and holds a full filling, which the smaller roll cannot.
What goes on top moves the figure more than the bread does. A spoonful of keto jams turns a warm mini roll into breakfast, and the jar carries a carbohydrate line of its own.
Savoury works the same way round: keto creams on a split bagel, with the roll carrying the filling rather than the flavour.
Order keto bread rolls from this page, from 52p a roll, with delivery across the United Kingdom. Read the allergen line before you confirm the basket.
Three of them sit on the label. The mini rolls run at 431 kcal per 100 g, salt is 1.5 g per 100 g in both recipes, and the bread is built on almonds, egg white and sesame.
They are not a slimming food. What the recipe changes is the carbohydrate line, 0.43 g in a 25 g roll, and not the energy line, which stays at 431 kcal per 100 g and comes mostly from almond flour and rapeseed oil.
No wheat flour goes into them. Almond flour and a fibre blend of psyllium, bamboo and apple replace it. The wording that counts is the one printed on the pack in front of you.
108 kcal in a 25 g mini roll. A 75 g bagel is 305 kcal. Per 100 g that is 431 kcal and 407 kcal, so the saving here is carbohydrate rather than calories.
Almond flour is the base of both recipes. The mini rolls also carry sesame at 1 per cent, and both use egg white, so three allergens run through this page. The full declaration sits on every product page.
10 g of fibre per 100 g. That figure belongs to the mini rolls: 2.6 g in a 25 g roll, enough for them to count as high in fibre. The bagel label states no fibre figure, so the bagels stay out of it.
Online rather than in the supermarket bakery aisle. Supermarket shelves do not carry rolls at 0.43 g of carbohydrate a piece, so this end of the shelf sits with specialist bakers and online shops.
A ready mini roll costs 52p. Baking your own means almond flour, psyllium husk and egg white, plus an afternoon and an oven.
Two mini rolls add 0.86 g of carbohydrate. Against a ketogenic day of 20 g to 50 g the bread rarely decides the total: what goes on top of it does.
