A keto pizza base is a ready baked pizza crust made for a low carb diet: you add the toppings and heat it. BeKeto sells the same recipe in 100 g and 180 g, both at 250 kcal, 10 g carbohydrate, 30 g fibre and 15 g protein per 100 g. Each base is high in protein and high in fibre, and is ready in 3 to 5 minutes. Both are made with wheat, so they are not gluten free.

✔ High in protein and fibre
✔ Only 10g of carbohydrates and 250 kcal per serving
✔ Italian, natural and incredibly tasty
✔ Delicious taste and texture of traditional pizza
✔ Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner

Both bases are built on wheat fibre, wheat protein, oat fibre, rice protein and pea protein. Acacia fibre, egg white, olive oil, sunflower lecithin, salt and natural yeast follow, with mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and potassium sorbate.
That recipe puts 15 g of protein and 30 g of fibre in every 100 g, so both bases are high in protein and high in fibre. Sugars stay at 1 g per 100 g, which also makes them low in sugars.
The allergens to read for are wheat, oats and egg. Wheat protein and wheat fibre open the ingredient list, oat fibre comes next and egg white sits in the middle of it.
One 100 g base carries 10 g of carbohydrate and the whole 180 g base carries 18 g. Both figures come from the nutrition table on the pack.
On a British label that number already excludes fibre, so there is no net carb sum left for you to do. Recipe sites written for an American label subtract the fibre themselves, and with 30 g of fibre per 100 g the two conventions sit a long way apart.
Read our 10 g next to a recipe promising 3 g of net carbs and you are comparing two ways of counting, not two crusts.
BeKeto works to 50 g of carbohydrate a day. A whole 180 g base uses about a third of that, and a 100 g base about a fifth.
The best base is the one you will actually make on a weeknight. Every other answer depends on how much of your evening the dough is allowed to take.
A ready baked low carb pizza base needs 3 to 5 minutes and gives the same 10 g per 100 g every time. Fathead dough and cauliflower crusts need mixing, pressing and a pre bake, and their numbers move with the cheese, the flour and the water you manage to squeeze out.
The raw material differs as well. Fathead is built on cheese and almond flour, a cauliflower crust on a vegetable, and these bases on cereal fibre and cereal protein, which is also the reason they contain gluten.
Spread the sauce, add the toppings and heat the base for 3 to 5 minutes. The oven and a dry pan both do the job.
The base arrives baked, so the heat is there for the toppings rather than for the dough. Three to five minutes is enough to melt the cheese and warm the crust through.
The 100 g base is £4.19 and the 180 g base is £7.19. The recipe behind both is the same: ingredient list and nutrition table are identical.
What changes is the price per 100 g, £3.99 against £4.19, so the larger pack is the cheaper way to buy the same base.
The whole pack figures follow from that. A 180 g base gives 450 kcal, 18 g of carbohydrate, 27 g of protein and 54 g of fibre, while a 100 g base gives 250 kcal, 10 g, 15 g and 30 g.
Order the 100 g base to try the format, and choose the 180 g pack when you want more base for your money.
Yes, and these two are it. A ready baked crust with 10 g of carbohydrate, 30 g of fibre and 1 g of sugars per 100 g, so a whole pizza fits inside a low carb day.
No, these bases are not gluten free. Wheat protein and wheat fibre are the first two ingredients and oat fibre follows them. If you avoid gluten, this is not the shelf for you.
Yes, a fathead or cauliflower crust works. Our keto pizza recipes walk through both, so the ready base is the shortcut rather than the only route to a keto pizza.
Three to five minutes. In the oven or in a dry pan, because the base is already baked and only the toppings still need heat.
Both sizes are on this page. Order either low carb pizza base for delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom, and delivery is free once your basket passes £59.
Yes, the base is fully baked. It is ready to eat straight from the pack, for example folded round cheese and ham as a cold wrap.
15 g of protein per 100 g base. The 180 g base doubles that to 27 g, with 54 g of fibre against 30 g. Salt runs 1.2 g per 100 g, which is 2.2 g in a whole 180 g base, against a daily reference of 6 g.
