6. Am I moving away from promotion by spending BeKoins?
To advance to the next level in the BeKeto Club programme, the entire history of points earned is taken into account, not just the available balance, so you can confidently keep spending BeKoins and gaining levels.
7. When will the BeKoins for my order appear in my account?
BeKoins will be credited to your account as soon as the order is completed or shortly after completing one of the tasks for which additional points are awarded.
8. Do earned BeKoins forfeit or expire?
Earned BeKoins will remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date of order confirmation. BeKeto reserves the right to award promotional BeKoins, the expiry date of which may vary – this will be highlighted each time in the communication and terms and conditions.
9. Do I always have to use the collected BeKoins?
There is no need to do so. You can collect BeKoins until you feel that the discount achieved will be attractive and beneficial to you.
10. How can I further increase the number of BeKoins I earn?
