Types of Keto Pizza
Depending on what you have on hand and what you’re craving, you can make a keto pizza with zucchini, cheese or even cauliflower. - tomato puree,
- Meat topping: salami, prosciutto (to taste),
- Vegetable toppings: peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes,
- Spices: Salt, pepper, oregano, basil, herbes de Provence, rocket,
- MCT C8 oil.

Below you will find a recipe for a small starter – mini keto courgette pizzas. They are perfect for a quick snack. They can be eaten cold, but taste much better warm. They are the perfect accompaniment to meat dishes, but can also be eaten on their own.
Ingredients:
- 1 large, ripe courgette,
- 150 g diced mozzarella or Parmesan cheese
- 80 g tomato puree,
- 80 g meat garnish, e.g. bacon, salami, ham,
- 50 g cherry tomatoes or cherry tomatoes,
- spices: Salt, pepper, oregano, basil, herbes de Provence, rocket.
This recipe for ketogenic pizza is quick, delicious and totally allowed.
Cut the courgettes into thick slices and place them on a baking tray.
Make a sauce from the puree and the spices and spread over the courgettes.
Sprinkle with grated cheese, top with meat and tomatoes and season again.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes – keep an eye on the cheese, it shouldn’t bake too much.
Can be served when it has cooled slightly.
