We believe that health is the most important thing we have. All our ingredients are of certified origin. Whenever possible, we use organic and raw ingredients. We care about you and what you put in your body, because we believe that we are what we eat. BeKeto is one of only a few companies in the world (!) that use raw, powdered cacao beans in their products. They are the healthiest, least processed and also contain healthy cocoa fat! Clean Label

We're sure you've heard this before, but the fewer ingredients a product has, the better it is. We are constantly analysing our production process and considering what we can do to further reduce the number of ingredients while maintaining the highest health and taste qualities of the products. This is exactly what we have done with our MCT powder oils! They currently contain only MCT oil and acacia fibre. They are gluten-free and vegan. It couldn't be simpler. We are changing for you.

Plant based

Currently, around 90% of our products are of plant origin and are also suitable for vegans. We limit ingredients of animal origin to meet the needs of low-carbohydrate beetoners who are also vegans or vegetarians. However, in the case of Keto Collagen and Keto Protein Isolate, we decided that switching to plant-based ingredients would compromise the quality of these products. We have therefore opted for bovine collagen (from grass-fed cows) and whey protein isolate (dairy-based).

Control of the supply chain

We are fully aware of the origin of our products as we are direct importers of the raw materials we use. Our aim is to control the entire supply chain and production processes. We do this to improve the quality of BeKeto products. In addition, we demand guarantees that these are procured under sustainable, fair conditions, usually from local suppliers.

Even if this means higher production costs or sourcing more expensive raw materials, we always carefully select the highest quality ingredients for our products. Our ultimate goal is your complete satisfaction, because we have a healthy obsession when it comes to the customer.

Our standards for the ketogenic diet

According to our company's guidelines, the macronutrient distribution in BeKeto is as follows: 60-80% fat, 10-25% protein, 5-10% carbohydrate to maintain healthy metabolic ketosis.

We assume that the total daily carbohydrate intake should not exceed 50g net. People with high physical activity can afford a higher carbohydrate intake depending on their individual needs.

We believe that the ketogenic diet is optimal for everyone and that everyone can customise it to their needs and goals. With the ketogenic diet, you can lose weight, build muscle mass or simply feel better. It's up to you.
