Today, around 90% of our products are plant-based, and on top of that, can be used by vegans. We limit meat-based ingredients to meet the needs of low-carbohydrate Bequetonians who are vegan or vegetarian by the way. However, for Keto Collagen and Keto Protein Isolate, we decided that switching to plant-based ingredients would harm the quality of these products, so we stayed with beef collagen (grass-fed) and whey protein isolate (dairy-based).

According to our company guidelines, the macronutrient breakdown in BeKeto is: 60-80% fat, 10 - 25% protein, 5-10% carbohydrates, so as to maintain a healthy metabolic ketosis.

Matcha delivers natural caffeine combined with L-theanine – an amino acid that modulates caffeine's action and supports alpha wave production in the brain, characteristic of a relaxed state while maintaining alertness. MCT C8 works differently – as medium-chain triglycerides, they are rapidly hydrolysed and transported to the liver, where they undergo beta-oxidation with ketone production.
