BeKeto™ Exogenous Ketones in the wild raspberry flavor are ketones that come from outside the body, meaning they are supplied to the body in the form of a supplement. Taking them additionally increases the amount of ketones in the blood in a safe way. The product is made from high-quality ingredients by keto and low-carb diet enthusiasts.

Learn more about the product

The effect of its daily consumption is their rapid increase in blood concentration, protection against the phenomenon of so-called keto flu and providing the body with new, pre-workout reserves of strength and energy. Improved brain function, increased energy and support in losing weight. The product has a positive effect on brain function, provides additional energy and supports the processes of burning excessive fat tissue and helps to lose weight. The ketogenic diet consists in limiting the intake of carbohydrates. The body as a result of such a diet begins to convert fat in the liver into ketone bodies, which are a source of long-term energy. Exogenous ketones can also be supplied through supplementation to further enhance the effects of the diet and achieve better results. It is best to take them in the morning before the start of the day to increase energy levels or e.g. when you feel post-workout fatigue.

Organic & raw ingredients

We believe that health is the most important thing we have. All our ingredients are of proven origin. We use organic and 'raw' ingredients whenever possible. We care about you and what you put in your body, because we believe that we are what we eat.
BeKeto is one of a dozen or so companies in the world(!) that use raw powdered cocoa beans in their products. They are the healthiest, least processed, and on top of that they contain healthy cocoa fat! Quality, not quantity. Always.

Clean Label

We're sure you've heard it before, but the fewer ingredients a product has, the better it is. We are constantly reviewing our manufacturing process and looking at what we can do to further reduce the number of ingredients, while still maintaining the highest health and taste benefits of the products. This is exactly what happened with our MCT oil powders! They currently contain only MCT oil and acacia fibre. They are gluten-free and vegan. It couldn't be simpler. We are changing for you.

Plant based

Today, around 90% of our products are plant-based, and on top of that, can be used by vegans. We limit meat-based ingredients to meet the needs of low-carbohydrate Bequetonians who are vegan or vegetarian by the way. However, for Keto Collagen and Keto Protein Isolate, we decided that switching to plant-based ingredients would harm the quality of these products, so we stayed with beef collagen (grass-fed) and whey protein isolate (dairy-based).

Supply chain control

We are fully aware of the origin of our products as we are direct importers of the raw materials we use. Our goal is to control the entire supply chain and production processes. We do this to increase the quality of BeKeto products. Additionally, we require guarantees that they are sourced in sustainable, fair conditions, usually from local suppliers.

Zero compromise policy

Even if this means higher production costs or sourcing more expensive raw materials, we always carefully select the highest quality ingredients for our products. Our ultimate goal is your complete satisfaction, because we have a healthy obsession with the customer.

Our standards for the ketogenic diet

According to our company guidelines, the macronutrient breakdown in BeKeto is: 60-80% fat, 10 - 25% protein, 5-10% carbohydrates, so as to maintain a healthy metabolic ketosis.

We assume that the total daily carbohydrate supply should not exceed 50g net. People with high physical activity can afford a higher carbohydrate intake according to their individual needs.

We believe that the ketogenic diet is optimal for everyone and everyone is able to tailor it to their needs and goals. On keto you can lose weight, increase muscle mass or simply feel better. You decide.

We are here to help you with that.

Exogenous versus Endogenous ketones

Exogenous Ketones are those that we take "from the outside", i.e. in the form of the dietary supplement BeKeto™ Exogenous Ketones. Endogenous Ketones are those produced by our liver. Regular supplementation with Exogenous Ketones can increase the production of ketone bodies by our liver, or endogenous ketones. Did you know that β-Hydroxybutyric acid is the most potent ketone found in your body and bloodstream during ketosis? It is the β-Hydroxybutyrate, or commonly known as BHB that you take in BeKeto™ Exogenous Ketones.
