Ingredients:
1 tin of white beans
100g oyster mushrooms
100g chorizo
3 slices of smoked bacon
½ onion
2 cloves of garlic
150ml passata
Pinch of salt
10 basil leaves

Make sure you have all the required ingredients ready and within reach.
Heat fat (e.g. coconut oil or butter) in a deep pot. Add chopped onion and fry until translucent.
Add the diced bacon and the washed and sliced oyster mushrooms to the pot. Fry everything together, stirring occasionally, until the bacon is golden brown.
Add the sliced or diced chorizo and the chopped garlic cloves. Fry everything for a few more minutes until the ingredients are well combined and the garlic begins to release its aroma.
Pour a glass of water into a pot, add the passata and well-mixed white beans from a can (you can drain them beforehand). Mix everything thoroughly.
Add 2 tablespoons of Collagen MCT Powder Unflavoured to the pot and mix thoroughly to dissolve it in the dish. Season the dish to taste with salt and add other favourite spices.
After cooking, just before serving, garnish the dish with fresh basil leaves.
Keto baked beans taste best when served hot. Serve them as a main dish or with keto bread.
