Preparation:
The shortcrust pastry made with almond flour is really delicious. If you want to add variety to your tart, add Keto Isolate Natural Chocolate Flavoured Protein to it. You can also change the creams on top of our tart as you like and cover its flavours with new ones every time.
Add the almond flour, erythritol, soft butter and one egg to a bowl. Then mix all these ingredients together.

Once the ingredients have combined, add a teaspoon of cinnamon and continue blending.

Put the ready-made tart base in the fridge for an hour.

During this time, we will create our mass. Add cream cheese, a little mascarpone, erythritol, French vanilla-flavoured collagen and cream to a bowl.

Mix or beat all ingredients thoroughly. Set the finished mixture aside.

After an hour, we take our cake out of the fridge, roll it out and transfer it to a silicone mould.

Prick the cake with a knife and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

Wait until the cake has cooled down, then transfer the mixture onto it.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of your favourite keto cream on top and create a swirl pattern. Put the finished cake in the fridge for an hour. Done!
