        Recipe for Keto Salmon with Spinach

        Ingredients:

        • 400 g salmon fillet
        • 2 tablespoons butter
        • 4 slices of lemon
        • 2 tablespoons BeKeto™ MCT oil
        • 200 g fresh spinach
        • 100 ml 36% cream
        • 30 g parmesan cheese
        • Fresh rosemary sprigs
        • Salt and pepper to taste

        Preparation:
        This recipe for keto salmon with spinach is guaranteed to make a delicious keto lunch or a romantic dinner for two. Spinach is a great low-carb side dish that you can add to your keto meals with confidence. Together with cream and Parmesan cheese, it makes a delicious sauce that goes well with many types of fish.
        Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

        Spread a tablespoon of butter on each side of the salmon. Then place a sprig of fresh rosemary and a slice of lemon on top. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

        Bake for 20-25 minutes. After removing from the oven, brush with BeKeto™ MCT oil.

        Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Add the fresh spinach and cook until soft and the water has evaporated.

        Add the cream, salt and pepper. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

        Remove from the heat and add the grated Parmesan cheese while stirring.
