Keto Burger – Recipe
Ingredients:
2 large caps of portobello mushrooms,
200 g minced beef,
2 slices of smoked bacon,
1 small cucumber,
25 g cheddar cheese,
2 lettuce leaves,
1/2 red onion,
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar,
3 tablespoons mayonnaise,
1 chilli pepper,
1 teaspoon lime juice,
1 teaspoon roasted onion,
a few sprigs of thyme,
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon mango flavoured exogenous ketones

Cut the onions into feathers and pour the vinegar over them. Marinate for at least an hour.
Sprinkle the mushroom caps with salt and place them in an oven preheated to 185 degrees. Bake for approx. 15 minutes.
Prepare the sauce. Mix the mayonnaise, chilli peppers, lime juice and roasted onions. Add the salt and BeKeto Exogenous Ketones.
Mix the beef with the chopped thyme and shape into burgers. Fry them in a dry frying pan for 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper at the end.
Place the cheese on the burger and put it in the oven until the cheese melts.
Now start assembling the dish. Spread half of the sauce on a hat, arrange the lettuce leaves, bacon and meat. Then add the cucumber and onion strips with a little salt. Pour over the sauce and arrange the top hat. It’s a good idea to use a long toothpick to hold the whole thing upright.
