        • 4 slices of smoked bacon
        • 3 eggs
        • 1/2 avocado
        • 30 g mozzarella cheese
        • A pinch of salt and pepper

        Preparation:
        You are sure to find the ingredients for this low-carb breakfast in your fridge. You can always replace the cheese with something else you have in your kitchen!         Line a baking dish with bacon and press it to the sides.

        Crack the eggs into the centre. Season with salt and pepper.

        Place them in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.

        Sprinkle generously with the cheese just before removing and give it time to melt.

        Pour MCT oil over the finished dish and garnish with avocado.
