Ingredients:
3 chicken thigh fillets
½ cup buttermilk
3 cloves of garlic
2cm ginger
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp garam masala
100 ml cream (35% fat)
salt
1 tbsp MCT oil C8

Put the meat on skewers. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
