        How to keep the carbohydrates low?

        Most keto-friendly recipes omit lasagne as a pasta dish. You don’t have to do that! Lasagne can be low in carbohydrates if you make a few changes. Firstly, replace the traditional pasta with cheese noodles and secondly, use tinned tomatoes or add a good tomato passata or marinara sauce. The result is a delicious low-carb meal that is suitable both as a quick dinner and as a dish for guests.

        Keto lasagne – which toppings?

        When preparing lasagne, there are certain rules that we must adhere to. The most important point is to choose the right products. The basic ingredients are cheese, minced meat sauce and pasta. Everything is layered in an ovenproof dish and baked in the oven. The ingredients in keto lasagne differ slightly from the standard ingredients. But they are still healthy, delicious and, above all, low in carbohydrates.

        Recipe for keto lasagne

        Ingredients:

        • 2 aubergines
        • 2 courgettes
        • 300 g mushrooms
        • 500 g minced pork
        • 1 glass of stock
        • 150g mozzarella
        • 100g parmesan cheese
        • 100g feta cheese
        • 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
        • 1 handful of basil leaves
        • 2 cloves of garlic
        • 1 onion
        • 2 celeriac bulbs
        • 1 carrot
        • rapeseed oil
        • 2 tablespoons collagen with BeKeto MCT oil
        • 2 tablespoons fat expert BeKetoc

        Preparation:
        No idea for a delicious keto dinner? Have you been craving minced meat and cheese for a while? Lasagne with courgette slices, aubergine and minced meat is perfect! Its main advantages are its delicious flavour, simplicity and short preparation time. In addition to the ingredients listed, all you need is an oven dish and a deep frying pan.
        Cut the aubergines and courgettes into thin slices (e.g. with a peeler or grater), salt them, set them aside for a while and pour off the water.

        Fry them in a large pan over a medium heat. Put the roasted vegetables to one side.

        Add the chopped onions and mushrooms to the hot oil and fry briefly. Add the minced meat, garlic, chopped basil, oregano, grated carrots and finely chopped celery.

        After a minute, add the stock and the sliced tomatoes and reduce the heat. Add salt to taste. Add the BeKeto Collagen with MCT oil and BeKeto Fat Expert.

        Grate the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and crumble the feta. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 185 degrees.

        Place a layer of courgette and aubergine strips on a baking tray, pour over the tomato mixture and sprinkle with cheese, omitting the feta for now.

        Now place a second layer of courgette and aubergine on top and sprinkle with feta cheese.

        Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 185 degrees.
