        Ingredients:

        For donuts:

        • 40g Wild Raspberry collagen
        • 30g coconut flour
        • 110 g almond flour
        • 2 teaspoons baking powder
        • 60 g erythritol
        • pinch of salt
        • 2 eggs
        • 1 egg yolk
        • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
        • 3 tablespoons vegetable milk

        For the topping:

        • 30 g dark chocolate
        • 1 tbsp coconut oil or clarified butter
        • Edible flowers for decoration

        Preparation:
        Our donuts will not be fried, but baked. The taste will be surprising, but we guarantee that you will enjoy them more than the classic doughnuts. They are created using almond flour and coconut flour. These are two flours worth going for on a keto and low-carb diet. The addition of delicious Keto Collagen with MCT oil in Wild Raspberry flavour goes perfectly with the dark chocolate topping. You can easily replace the raspberry collagen with another one, such as the French Vanilla or Fresh Strawberry flavour.
        Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

        Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, in a smaller bowl, whisk the eggs and egg yolk with the milk and extract. Pour into the dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until the ingredients are combined – the batter will be thick.

        Pour into donut baking tins. Bake for 20 minutes.

        Cool, then remove very carefully and slowly from the tin.

        Melt the chocolate with the oil, dip the donuts in it, sprinkle with edible flowers and place in the fridge to set.
