        Keto pancakes based on ricotta, quark and Keto Protein Isolate French Vanilla BeKeto. Instead of wheat flour: almond flour and protein isolate. Instead of sugar: erythritol BeKeto. To serve: Keto Strawberry Jam BeKeto gently warmed.

        The batter mixes in one bowl with no resting needed. Fry on low heat covered for 2-3 minutes per side. Alternatively bake in the oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.

        Ingredients:

        • 200 g ricotta
        • 2 eggs
        • 2 tbsp (20 g) Keto Protein Isolate with MCT French Vanilla BeKeto
        • 2 tbsp (20 g) almond flour
        • 2 tbsp (30 g) low-fat quark
        • 1-2 tsp BIO Erythritol BeKeto
        • ½ tsp baking powder
        • a pinch of salt
        • vanilla or cinnamon – optional
        • 1 tbsp (15 g) Clarified Butter Ghee BeKeto

        Preparation:
        The batter should be thick – if too runny, add a little more almond flour. Fry on low heat covered so the pancakes cook through inside without burning on the outside.
        Mix ricotta, quark and eggs in a bowl until smooth.

        Add Keto Protein Isolate French Vanilla BeKeto, almond flour, BIO Erythritol BeKeto, baking powder and salt. Mix to a thick, creamy batter. Optionally add vanilla or cinnamon.

        Heat Clarified Butter Ghee BeKeto in a pan. Drop small spoonfuls of batter into the pan.

        Fry covered on low heat for 2-3 minutes until the underside is golden. Flip and fry for another 2 minutes uncovered. The pancakes should be golden outside and soft and fluffy inside.

        Warm the Keto Very Strawberry Jam BeKeto in a small pan on low heat for a few seconds until it becomes runny. Serve the pancakes warm with the lightly warmed jam.
