        Recipe for pork fillets with mushrooms

        Ingredients:
        • 300g pork tenderloin
        • 100g mushrooms
        • 4 slices of bacon
        • 8 dried tomatoes
        • 2 cloves of garlic
        • 200ml cream (30% fat)
        • 250ml stock
        • lemon zest
        • handful of sage or thyme leaves
        • 1 tsp lemon pepper
        • 1 tsp smoked paprika
        • 1 cup almond milk
        • 1 onion
        • salt
        • canola oil
        • 2 tbsp BeKeto Collagen with MCT Oil

        Preparation:
        Pork tenderloin is a perfectly suitable meal on a keto diet, as long as it is not served with groats or pasta. On a high-fat diet, it goes well with Chinese cabbage or roasted vegetables. You can also add fried mushrooms with browned onions. Together with parsley, it will be a real healthy delight for the palate.
        Put the chopped onion in a bowl, pour over the milk and add the whole piece of tenderloin to the resulting marinade. Refrigerate for at least two hours.

        After this time, dry the meat with paper towel, rub with grated garlic, salt and season with smoked paprika, pepper and salt.

        Fry the pork on each side in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

        Place it in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 25 minutes (depending on the thickness of the piece). In the meantime, prepare the sauce.

        Add the mushrooms and bacon slices to the hot oil. Fry until everything is golden brown.

        Add the stock and bring to the boil with the lid on.

        Add the cream and the dried tomatoes. Reduce the sauce, add lemon pepper and sage or thyme leaves and salt. Add 2 tablespoons of BeKeto Collagen with MCT Oil.

        Sprinkle grated lemon zest over the top. When you take the tenderloin out of the oven, give it a moment to rest. Cut into slices and serve with the sauce.
