The omelette is one of the most popular breakfasts, not only on a ketogenic or low-carb diet. Everyone loves it and you can make it in many different ways. Salty or sweet, it all depends on what you fancy. Our Keto Western Omelette recipe is incredibly quick and easy to make.
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add salt and pepper.
Heat a frying pan, then fry the finely chopped bacon.
Grate the cheddar cheese on a coarse grater. Set aside.
Dice the red pepper and onion. Place in a frying pan and fry until soft. When cooked, place the bacon on a plate with the vegetables.
Pour the whisked eggs into the lightly heated frying pan and wait until the edges have set.
Spread the vegetables and cheese evenly over the omelette. Fold in half and wait a few minutes for the cheese to melt. Finally, top with BeKeto™ MCT Oil and serve with chopped chives.
