        • 2 courgettes
        • 100g parmesan cheese
        • Canned sliced tomatoes
        • 50ml 18% cream
        • ¼ bunch of chives or favourite herbs
        • ¼ bunch oregano
        • ½ teaspoon coloured pepper
        • salt
        • 1 measure of MCT oil powder
        • 1 measure of MCT collagen powder

        Preparation:
        This recipe for keto courgette baked with parmesan cheese is extremely simple and quick. All you need to do is slice the courgettes into rings, season and then sprinkle with the cheese of your choice. Prepared in this way, it is ideal as an accompaniment to a variety of meat or fish.         Cut the courgettes into rings. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper and cover with grated Parmesan cheese.
