Here is a recipe for a delicious Italian keto soup. You must try it, especially in the colder months. In addition to minced pork and bacon, you will also find vegetables, cream and Parmesan cheese. Cut the courgette into small pieces and fry in a tablespoon of clarified butter.
Pour in 0.5 litres of fresh water and add salt. Boil and add diced avocado and BeKeto hazelnut flavoured cream.
Cook for 5 minutes. Mix everything together.
Fry the bacon until crispy.
Pour the BeKeto oil over the finished soup, arrange the bacon, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and you’re done!
