        Here is a recipe for a delicious Italian keto soup. You must try it, especially in the colder months. In addition to minced pork and bacon, you will also find vegetables, cream and Parmesan cheese. Italian soup is not just a warming broth.         Keto Italian soup

        Ingredients:

        • 0.5 kg minced pork and beef
        • 4 slices of bacon
        • 1 onion
        • ½ cauliflower
        • 200ml 30% cream
        • A handful of kale
        • 50g parmesan cheese
        • Packet of mung bean sprouts
        • 2l vegetable stock
        • 3 cloves of garlic
        • 1 teaspoon of herbs de Provence
        • salt
        • 1 measuring spoon of BeKeto MCT oil powder
        • 2 measuring spoons of BeKeto MCT collagen powder

        Preparation:
        Soups are tasty, healthy and nutritious, so you shouldn’t miss them on a ketogenic or low-carb diet. Remember – a properly prepared keto soup is an unobtrusive source of key nutrients in a ketogenic or low-carb diet. So it’s worth including it regularly in your diet.
        Tear the cauliflower into smaller florets and cook in the stock.

        In a separate pan, fry the bacon and meat, add the chopped onion and garlic.

        Add these ingredients to the boiling soup together with the two BeKeto products. Cook for a further 15 minutes.

        Towards the end, add the kale leaves, sprouts, herbes de Provence and salt.

        Whisk the soup with cream and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, which is already on the plate.

        Ingredients:

        • 2 courgettes
        • 2 avocados
        • 3 slices of bacon
        • 50 g cheddar cheese
        • 1 tablespoon clarified butter
        • salt
        • 2 tablespoons BeKeto hazelnut cream
        • 1 tablespoon BeKeto MCT C8 oil

        Preparation:
        This recipe for courgette and avocado soup is extremely simple:
        Cut the courgette into small pieces and fry in a tablespoon of clarified butter.

        Pour in 0.5 litres of fresh water and add salt. Boil and add diced avocado and BeKeto hazelnut flavoured cream.

        Cook for 5 minutes. Mix everything together.

        Fry the bacon until crispy.

        Pour the BeKeto oil over the finished soup, arrange the bacon, sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and you’re done!
