Ingredients:
1 courgette
90g tomato paste
4 tbsp roasted onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp sweet red pepper
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp erythritol
pinch of chilli
½ cup water
canola oil
salt
1 tbsp BeKeto flavourless MCT Oil Powder
