- 1kg premium ribs
- 2 tbsp chipotle sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- salt
BBQ sauce:
- 5 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ½ onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 Tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp BeKeto MCT oil C8+C10
