        Ingredients:

        • 500g beef
        • 1 red pepper
        • 1 onion
        • 1 clove of garlic
        • 2 stalks of celery
        • 1 parsley root
        • 4 bay leaves
        • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
        • 2 tablespoons BeKeto creatine monohydrate

        • 1 buratta

        Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the quartered onion, garlic, peppers and pieces of beef. Cook until the meat is lightly browned.

        Add the smoked paprika and stir to release its flavour.

        Pour water over the ingredients so that the water is above the level of the ingredients.

        Add the celery cut into half moons, the parsley and the bay leaves.

        Cook the meat, covered, over a low heat for about 2.5 hours until it is tender and juicy.

        Add BeKeto Creatine towards the end of the cooking time and mix carefully.

        Remove the lid and increase the heat to bring the sauce to the right consistency.

        Flavour the stew with salt and pepper.

        Layer the stew on a platter and top with the creamy burrata to enhance the flavour of the dish.
