        Ingredients:
        • 1 glass of plant-based milk
        • 1 cup of cauliflower florets
        • 2 tablespoons of xylitol
        • a pinch of salt
        • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
        • 2 tablespoons of coconut flour
        • a few teaspoons of Keto Super Raspberry or Extra Strawberry Jam
        • your favourite fruit
        • grated coconut

        Preparation:

        Pour the plant-based milk over the cauliflower, add salt, erythritol and chia seeds.

        Then cook for about 7-8 minutes.

        Add the coconut flour and puree the mixture.

        Cook for a further minute and pour onto a plate.

        At the very end, add the keto jam or keto cream of your choice.

        Decorate with your favourite fruit, sprinkle with grated coconut and you’re done!
