        Preparation:

        Combine flour with erythritol and baking powder.

        Add the eggs, melted cooled butter and water. Add a pinch of salt. Add the BeKeto MCT oil to the mixture.

        Grease the waffle iron with oil and pour out the batter. Bake until the waffles are golden.

        Mix the mascarpone with the BeKeto nut cream. You can melt it in a steam bath if it has been kept in the fridge.

        Decorate the waffles with cream, melted chocolate, crumbled BeKeto biscuit or fruit.
