        Recipe for keto tortillas

        Ingredients:

        • 250g pork and beef
        • 4 iceberg lettuce leaves
        • 50g cheddar
        • 50g mozzarella
        • 50g parmesan cheese
        • Radish bunch
        • Sprig of cherry tomatoes
        • 2 spring onions
        • 2 cloves of garlic
        • 2 Tbsp 22% cream
        • 1 tbsp coconut oil
        • 1 teaspoon cumin
        • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
        • ¼ bunch coriander
        • salt
        • 2 tbsp BeKeto MCT C8 oil

        Preparation:
        This delicious low-carbohydrate keto tortilla recipe with pork and beef, cheese, vegetables and 2 tbsp of BeKeto MCT C8 oil is the solution, for a quick and tasty ketogenic lunch. It’s perfect as a meal prepared the day before and then taken with you to work or school.
        Fry the meat in coconut oil along with the garlic, cumin, smoked paprika and salt.

        Chop the cherry tomatoes into small pieces and do the same with the onions.

        Add BeKeto oil, salt and add coriander.

        The third ingredient in the wrap will be the cheeses. Cut them into small cubes.

        Cut the radish into rings.

        Place all the ingredients in iceberg lettuce leaves to form pockets.

        Place a blob of cream on top of the dish.
