Recipe for keto casserole with broccoli
Ingredients:
1 broccoli
8 slices of bacon
1 handful of kale
200g mozzarella
200ml 30% cream
50g cream cheese
3 eggs
salt, pepper
a few basil leaves
1 tablespoon of unflavoured BeKeto MCT oil
1 tablespoon of Fat Expert BeKeto

Chicken, bacon and roast minced pork are perfect for a keto casserole. To make the dish aromatic, you should add garlic and other favourite spices such as oregano, chilli or basil. Don’t forget the vegetables! Almost everyone associates a keto casserole with mushrooms, but you can also add broccoli, cauliflower, courgettes or red peppers and onions.

Cook the broccoli florets in boiling salted water so that they are still al dente.
Fry the bacon in a dry pan until it is browned. When it has cooled, break it into smaller pieces.
Mix the eggs, grated mozzarella and cream cheese, then add the cream and flavour with salt and pepper. Add the unflavoured MCT oil powder from BeKeto and the fat expert from BeKeto to the sauce and stir everything together.
Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Place the broccoli, bacon and kale, torn into smaller pieces, together with the crispy stems in an oven dish.
Pour the prepared sauce over the whole thing and place in the preheated oven. Bake for approx. 45 minutes.
Finally, garnish the casserole with basil leaves.
