        Recipe for a keto caramel brownie

        Ingredients:
        • 1/3 cup erythrol
        • 1/3 cup cocoa
        • ½ cup melted and slightly cooled butter
        • 3 eggs
        • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
        • 1 teaspoon baking powder
        • a pinch of salt
        • 2 tablespoons of pecan and salted caramel cream
        • a few pecans and raspberries

        Preparation:
        Damp chocolate cake is definitely the weakness of more than a few people. The traditional brownie that so many of us love is one of those cakes to avoid at all costs. But don’t worry, all is not lost! Even on a keto and low carb diet, you can still indulge and make a delicious protein and fat brownie with your favourite keto toppings.
        Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

        Grease a mould (17×17) with butter.

        Mix all the ingredients for the brownie (except the cream, raspberries and nuts) briefly until the ingredients have combined.

        Then pour it into the mould and smooth it out.

        Make blobs of pecan and salted caramel cream on top and then use a stick to shape the flowers.

        Add a few raspberries and pecans at the very end.

        Bake the cake for 20 minutes and then cool it.
