        • 1 avocado
        • 80 g butter
        • 130 g almond flour
        • 2 eggs

        • 50 g erythritol
        • 30 g dark cocoa
        • 1 teaspoon almond extract
        • 1 teaspoon baking powder

        Preparation:
        Keto muffins are a keto dessert that everyone on a ketogenic or low-carb diet should make at least once. We’re sure it won’t be just once. The addition of avocado makes for a moist and creamy texture that we’re sure you’ll love. Surprise your loved ones and make them these delicious keto muffins!
        Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a silicone mould for 6 muffins with butter.

        Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Set aside.

        Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and place it in a large bowl.

        Add the melted butter and mix to a smooth paste.

        Add all remaining ingredients to the mixture and blend until smooth.

        Put the mixture in a silicone mould and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
