The crackers are based on delicate almond flour with an intense flavour of Parmesan cheese. The addition of herbs de Provence and fresh oregano gives them a unique character that is sure to appeal to even the most demanding palates.         Recipe for keto crackers

        Ingredients:

        • 150 g almond flour
        • 75g parmesan cheese
        • 75 g butter
        • 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence
        • 1 teaspoon linseed
        • ½ teaspoon coarse flour
        • 4 sprigs oregano
        • 1 tbsp BeKeto MCT oil powder, flavourless

        Preparation:
        With just a few basic ingredients and a little time spent in the kitchen, you can create a snack that will surprise not only with its taste but also with its valuable nutrients. See for yourself how quickly they will become a favourite snack not only for you, but also for the whole family and friends.
        Mix the flour with the parmesan cheese and butter. Add herbs, flax seeds and BeKeto MCT oil powder.

        Roll out the dough on baking paper, covering the top as you roll it out as well.

        Remove the top paper. Cut the dough into squares, but leave them compact.

        Bake in the oven for 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

        Once cooled, break out the crackers along the lines, obtaining separate individual biscuits. Brush them with melted butter and sprinkle with salt. Decorate the finished crackers with oregano sprigs.
