5 large leaves of savoy cabbage
250 g chopped pork shoulder
1 handful cauliflower florets
5 shitake mushroom caps
2 garlic cloves
1 egg
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 onion
150ml 30% cream
1 teaspoon ground coriander seeds
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ litre tomato passata
1 handful of parsley leaves
1 handful of coriander leaves
salt
pepper

Soak the shitake mushrooms in boiling water and then cut them into strips.
Scald the cabbage leaves with boiling water and crush the thickening at the root with a meat tenderiser.
Dice the onion and fry it together with the mushrooms until golden brown.
Cut the cauliflower into very small pieces.
Mix the meat, cauliflower, spices, BeKeto products, mushrooms, chopped garlic and grated Parmesan in a bowl.
Add the fried onions and mushrooms, egg, chopped coriander, salt and pepper to taste.
Shape the resulting mixture into oblong shapes and place them on cabbage leaves.
Roll up the rolls with the vegetables.
Place two cabbage leaves on the bottom of the pan and place the cabbage rolls on top.
Pour the tomato passata over the whole thing and add a little water.
Cover the top of the cabbage rolls with another cabbage leaf and cook over a low heat for 2 hours. You can also press them down with a lid or plate.
