        • 200 ml 30% cream,
        • 1 tablespoon cocoa,
        • 3 g guar gum
        • 1 tablespoon erythritol
        • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
        • 9 raspberries
        • 2 tablespoons keto protein isolate with MCT – natural chocolate
        • 1 tablespoon keto collagen with MCT oil – natural chocolate

        Preparation:
        Make sure you have all the ingredients you need to hand.

        Pour the coconut milk into a large bowl. Add the guar gum. Beat with a mixer on a high speed until a fluffy foam forms.

        Add the cocoa and erythritol to the whipped coconut milk. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined and you have a smooth paste.

        In a separate bowl, whip the 30% cream until stiff.

        Stir the coconut milk, cocoa and erythritol mixture carefully but thoroughly into the whipped cream.

        Add 2 tablespoons of Keto Whey Isolate Natural Chocolate BeKeto and 1 tablespoon of Collagen MCT Powder Natural Chocolate BeKeto to the combined ingredients. Mix the entire mixture thoroughly.

        Spoon the finished pudding into cups or bowls. Decorate each portion with fresh raspberries and sprinkle with shredded coconut.
