        Preparation:
        Combine the ingredients for the dough and fill it into a small round mould.

        Place them in the oven preheated to 175 degrees for 15 minutes.

        Bring the lime juice to the boil with the gelatine and leave to cool for 10 minutes.

        Mix the cream cheese with the erythritol for 5-7 minutes.

        In a separate bowl, whip the cream to a thick paste.

        Combine the whipping cream and cream cheese and mix on a low speed until the ingredients are combined. Finally, add the lime juice, gelatine and lime ketones.

        Pour the resulting mixture into the tin with the pre-baked cake.

        Place them in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
