Delicious and Keto Friendly Keto Raspberry Cheesecake
Let’s start with the base. The use of almond flour gives the cake a slightly nutty flavour that works perfectly with the softness of the cream cheese mixture. The cocoa adds depth and the erythritol sweetness without unnecessary calories. This combination of ingredients ensures a crumbly and delicious base that is the perfect foundation for our cheese mix.
The main star of this Keto Raspberry Cheesecake is, of course, the cheese mixture. The use of mascarpone makes it velvety and creamy. The combination with the cheesecake gives it lightness, while the erythritol provides the perfect level of sweetness. The raspberries add a tart note that contrasts perfectly with the rich cheese flavour. In addition, the addition of BeKeto’s Keto Whey Isolate Wild Raspberry and BeKeto’s Keto Cookie Coconut & Almond Sprinkles gives the Keto Cheesecake a unique character and texture.
Let us not forget the macro-ingredients in this dessert. As it is low in carbohydrates, it fits into a keto diet and can be eaten without a guilty conscience. Finally, a dessert that is not only delicious but also healthy is a foodie’s dream!
